Key Requirements
It is possible to reunite the following family members: find out more :
Spouse, who has reached adulthood
Minor children, including illegitimate children, unmarried, provided that the other parent, if present, has given their consent, as well as adopted children
Adult children who are dependent, if due to objective reasons they cannot provide for their basic living needs due to health conditions (disabled)
Dependent parents, if they have no other children in their home country, or parents over 65 years old if other children cannot support them due to documented serious health reasons
To apply for family reunification, the applicant must meet certain requirements, including having sufficient annual income to support the family.
The applicant must prove the availability of a minimum annual income, obtained from legal sources, at least equal to the annual social allowance, increased by half of the social allowance for each family member.
As of 2024, the social allowance is 534.41 €, so the minimum annual income for one person is: 6,947.33 € (salary for 13 months).
(before tax deductions) for 2024 should be as follows:
The requested amount changes annually based on the social allowance set by INPS.
The requirements apply when submitting documents both in Russia and already in Italy, for the applicant, not the relative. However, if you provide certificates for both you and your spouse, the final amount will be considered as the combined income of both individuals.
