What is networking?

The process of establishing and maintaining connections with people in order to exchange information, experience, professional services, or simply to find friends

It helps expand your circle, find new opportunities and business partnerships, and get information and support from people
with different experience and knowledge

How we organize the process:

We form small groups of 10–15 people
Each participant has a chance to tell about themselves for 3 minutes
After 30–45 minutes the group rotates

Table changes and overall timing are managed by the event host; each participant has a chance to tell about themselves for 3 minutes.

In one event there are 4–5 group rotations. This way, you are guaranteed to meet 40–50 people.

Kids welcome

For children aged 4 to 11 we organize a separate space and a trusted animator with a unique program from 14:00 to 18:00. During that time you can take part in networking with peace of mind.

Animation program:

🏴‍☠️ “Pirate Quest: Treasure Hunt”

📜 Program description: An evil wizard tore up the map that leads to the treasure! Only a brave pirate crew can pass all the challenges, gather the map pieces, and open the treasure chest. Ready to come aboard? ⚓

Under the guidance of two pirate captains, kids will:

Learn to make pirate swords from balloons
Create their own team flag
Complete challenges on “Kraken Island”
Defuse a smoking volcano and escape the lava
Learn how natural phenomena work through fun experiments
Assemble the map and find a chest with real treasures

🎲 What’s included:

A corner with coloring pages and mini board games
