What is networking?
The process of building and maintaining connections with people in order to exchange information, experience, professional services, or simply to find friends
It helps expand your circle, find new opportunities and business partnerships, and get
information and support from people with different experience and knowledge
How we organize the process:
- We form small groups of 10–15 people
- Each participant has a chance to introduce themselves for 3 minutes
- After 30–45 minutes, the group rotates
Table rotations and overall timing are managed by the event host; each participant has a chance to introduce themselves for 3 minutes.
In one event there are 4–5 group rotations. This way, you are guaranteed to meet 40–50 people.

For children under 11 we organize a separate space and a trusted entertainer with a unique program from 14:00 to 18:00. During this time you can take part in networking with peace of mind.
Animation program:
🏰 King Arthur’s Tournament – a medieval adventure!
✨ This time children can step into a world of brave knights, royal secrets, and magic. They will join a real knightly tournament and test their courage, agility, and wit!
- Battle with training swords in an exciting tournament
- Learn a medieval dance
- Take part in ancient games
- Solve the riddles of wise Merlin
- Receive a solemn knighthood ceremony
- And of course, find King Arthur’s treasure!
